I decided to start a site for myself at the beginning of last year. Originally I had planned to include a journal, photo gallery, calendar, and other stuff related to my day-to-day activities. Some of this stuff is already up, with more on the way. It all relates to me in general, and my past. Consider yourself warned. Go any further and I can't be held responsible.
The Important Parts of Me
My friends are one of the most important parts of my life, especially now that I'm single again. There are few comforts greater than to be with those who I truly care for, and I'm lucky to have friends that I care about. These are people with integrity that I trust and respect. They are loyal and have great depth of mind, heart, and soul.
I work for a company called Networkcar.
We make a product called Network Fleet which consists of a GPS and engine diagnostics device that communicates data wirelessly back to a fleet manager.
My current role is handling all our map display technologies.
I'm excited about our new contract with Mercedes-Benz and Chevrolet to provide all of their integrated information and communication services for consumer vehicles.
One of my roles right now is being a student. I've
finished my general education requirements and transferred to UCSD for a Computer Science degree.
Once I have my BS I plan on obtaining a MS
and PhD in a related field, but one that's different enough to add another facet to my education and keep my interest.
I expect my desires to change as I progress through school, but these are my academic goals as I see
them today.
I
was employed for a while as a Product Manager at a software company here in San Diego.
My team developed software for government contractors and telecommunications companies, allowing
employees to work wirelessly from extremely remote locations without compromising personnel security.
